Caruso and Holland Finish 2nd and 3rd in DPOY Voting

The NBA G League announced the results of the Defensive Player of the Year voting and South Bay Lakers Alex Caruso and Demarcus Holland finished second and third in the voting, respectively.

Two-way guard Alex Caruso, finished the regular season averaging 2.0 steals/game, including a season high seven twice, against Austin on 11/18/17 and against Delaware on 12/19/17.

Rookie guard Demarcus Holland had three games this season with four steals and four games with double-digit rebounds.

Stephane Lasme of the Los Angeles D-Fenders won the Defensive Player of the Year award in 2007-08.
