  What is Account Manager?  

Account Manager is the online portal to manage your South Bay Lakers Tickets. You can use Account Manager to scan tickets from your phone or forward your tickets.

  How do I get to Account Manager?  

You can access Account Manager on desktop here, or on mobile with the South Bay Lakers Official App, available through the App Store on Apple and Android.

  What is ticket forwarding?  

Ticket forwarding allows you to send tickets electronically to friends, family, clients, or anyone else. The recipient will be able to view the tickets on their phone to scan into the game.

  How do I forward tickets?  

You can forward tickets by logging into Account Manager and generating a secure link, which can be sent to friends using text, e-mail, or social media messaging.

  What happens to my hard tickets after they’ve been forwarded?  

Once tickets have been forwarded and accepted by your recipient, the original tickets will not be valid.

  How does my recipient get the tickets?  

Your recipient will need to click the link you've sent them and log into Account Manager, or create a new account. Once they log in, they will need to click "Accept" before the start of the game.

  Why am I not able to forward tickets for a game?  

Forwarding may not be available if tickets have already been forwarded, or the game has already started.
