Frequently Asked Questions
What is Account Manager?
Account Manager is the online portal to manage your South Bay Lakers Season Tickets. You can use Account Manager to quickly view, send, sell, donate, and scan tickets from your phone.
How do I get to Account Manager?
You can access Account Manager via sblakers.com/stmlogin or through the South Bay Lakers
Mobile App, available for both iPhone and Android.
Can I print my tickets?
There will be no printed PDF e-tickets this season. All digital tickets will need to be scanned from a mobile device for entrance into the UCLA Health Training Center. To send your tickets to someone else, you will need to transfer your tickets through Account Manager.
What is ticket transferring?
Ticket transferring allows you to send tickets electronically to anyone with a valid e-mail address. With the South Bay Lakers Mobile App, you can text or e-mail a link to transfer your tickets. Once your recipient clicks the link, logs in and accepts the tickets, they will be able to view their mobile barcode starting four (4) days prior to the game.
What happens to my hard tickets after they’ve been transferred?
Once tickets have been transferred and accepted by your recipient, the original tickets will not be valid.
How does my recipient get the tickets?
Your recipient will need to click the link in the e-mail they received and log into Account Manager, or create a new account. Once they log in, they will need to click “Accept” before the start of the game.
Why am I not able to transfer tickets for a game?
Transferring may not be available if tickets have already been transferred, the game has already started, or if the game has not yet been paid off. Please contact your Customer Service Specialist with any issues.
What happens if the original ticket shows up to the game after being transferred?
The guest with the original ticket will not be granted entry, and online transferring and reselling privileges may be suspended.
